Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Social Worker to drive change and improve outcomes for individuals, families and communities facing transitional challenges. You will supervise social workers, coordinate programme development and ensure interventions are based on professional judgment and standards.

You will lead teams, manage risk cases, engage stakeholders, and oversee service delivery in alignment with organizational KPIs and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Social Worker.
• At least 2 years’ experience in crisis intervention and supervising junior social workers.
• Familiar with events or programme design, planning and implementation.
• Working knowledge of social service practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme development and implementation, allocate resources, supervise case assessment and outcome plans.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff; guide professional development and mentorship.
• Engage with clients, team members and external partners to gather insights and build partnerships.
• Monitor budgets and track KPIs to meet funding requirements and timelines.
• Lead and oversee performance evaluation and staff training to ensure care quality.
• Co-oversee operational and administrative matters with Heads of Department as needed.
