Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading nine-figure D2C brand, is hiring a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own a multi-million-dollar monthly paid media engine across Google and Meta with full authority over systems, measurement, creative testing, capital allocation, and team, reporting directly to the CEO.

This role exists to convert a multi-million-dollar paid budget into maximum contribution margin, building the decision systems, measurement infrastructure, and team that let the revenue engine

Qualifications

• 7+ years in performance marketing with ownership of $1M+/month on Google and Meta
• Experience building or restructuring a performance marketing function
• Ability to design scale logic and incrementality testing

Responsibilities

• Own multi-million-dollar monthly budgets across Google and Meta with end-to-end ownership of strategy, systems, and measurement
• Design pause/hold/scale logic and budget guardrails that govern all paid spend
• Architect the creative engine as a system: pipeline, briefs, analytics, UGC, and whitelisting
