Puffy is seeking a CRO Content Manager, AI-First to own its brand narrative, conversion content strategy, and AI workflow development across PDPs and landing pages. You will report to the VP – Digital Experience & Conversion and lead copywriters to deliver high-impact messaging for a US-facing audience while maintaining editorial integrity.

We operate as an AI-first organization with a strong emphasis on rapid experimentation, substantiation, and performance.

Competenze

6+ years of progressive content strategy and marketing experience, including at least 2 years directly managing and developing content teams.
Proven ability to build and operate AI workflows that improve quality, speed, and impact.
Fluent written and verbal English with strong editorial judgment and copywriting excellence.
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Mansioni

Own brand voice, conversion copy strategy, PDP and landing-page copy, and AI content workflows.
Develop and mentor a CRO content writing team and ensure editorial standards and substantiation.
Build repeatable content systems, hypotheses, and evidence-based testing to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with CRO, Design, and VP – Digital Experience & Conversion to align messaging with business goals.
