Job summary

NUHS@Home, the National University Health System’s Virtual Campus in Singapore, seeks a Senior Manager / Assistant Director, Human Resource. You will lead strategic HR partnering, drive workforce transformation, and oversee HR services while shaping NUHS@Home’s care delivery model with a high‑performing team.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the healthcare sector, with a strong track record in HR business partnering, organisational transformation, workforce redesign and people management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with business leaders to achieve strategic business and people outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing HR professionals or business partners.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations, performance management, manpower planning, talent management, resourcing and rewards.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Business Partnering with leaders, advising on HR policies, employment legislation, performance management and manpower planning.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop recruitment strategies and review compensation recommendations.
• Lead manpower planning and budgeting aligned with priorities and financial objectives.
• Support organisational transformation, change management and workforce redesign initiatives.
• Oversee employee lifecycle matters through the HR team, including enquiries, changes, transfers and exits.
• Lead, manage and develop the HR team to ensure timely delivery of HR plans and services.
• Foster collaboration with Group HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and talent development programs.
• Collaborate on policy reviews, governance, and regulatory compliance with MOM/MOH and other stakeholders.
