Job summary

Qualcomm Singapore is seeking an experienced Digital SoC test and validation engineer to work with SOC Design, SW/System and Chipset teams. You will validate digital SOC on ATE, SLT and bench, and drive cross-domain collaboration to ensure power and performance targets in high‑volume manufacturing.

The role covers project planning to execution, data analytics, test coverage development, reliability qualification, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience with Digital SoC development from planning to HVM.
• ATE/SLT test coverage, test HW development, data analytics.
• Reliability qualification including ESD/LU, HTOL and package qualification.
• Cross-functional communication with SW/System/Design and Customer Eng.
• Experience communicating updates to upper management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate Digital SOC on ATE, SLT and bench tests.
• Collaborate with Test Eng, SLT and Bench to develop test solutions.
• Lead project planning through execution for Digital SOC development.
• Coordinate cross-functional power and performance tests for HVM.
• Provide timely project updates to management and stakeholders.
