Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) collaborates with MOM to shape Singapore's digital transformation, leveraging the national AI capabilities and DGB alignment to deliver measurable public service improvements. The role focuses on strategic planning, investment roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement across ministries and agencies.

The successful candidate will drive digital strategy execution, monitor progress, and lead cross-divisional collaboration in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital strategy, technology planning, or public sector transformation.
• Proven ability to translate digital and data strategies into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop MOM's long-term digital investment roadmap and align it with national initiatives.
• Drive agency-wide digital capability building and meaningful technology adoption.
• Establish structured evaluation of emerging technologies for tangible benefits to MOM and stakeholders.
• Define and track strategic metrics to measure digital transformation impact.
• Ensure data-informed decision-making and timely transformation updates.
