Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a strategic thinker to advance MOM's digital transformation within the IT Strategy and Planning team. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in digital strategy, technology planning, or public sector transformation.
• Proven experience in digital strategy planning, investment prioritisation, and data-driven decision‑making.
• Experience in steering committee leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-division collaboration.
• Strong ability to translate digital and data strategies into actionable plans that drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior government officials, policy & operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and Organisational Planning for Digital Investments: develop MOM's long-term digital investment roadmap and organise resources, funding, and capabilities for maximum impact.
• Digital Performance Measurement & Impact Assessment: define and track strategic metrics, provide data-informed insights, and conduct impact assessments.
• Digital Strategy & Whole-of-Government (WOG) Alignment: drive MOM's digital strategy, align with WOG platforms and national AI capabilities, and integrate PST/DGB/Smart Nation priorities.
• Other ad-hoc tasks/projects as needed.
