Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Digital Strategy seeks an Assistant Manager or Senior Assistant Manager to coordinate enterprise digital health and AI strategies, support governance, and enable change management across the organisation. You will develop workplans, consolidate stakeholder inputs, and maintain trackers for priority initiatives, reporting progress to senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, project administration, business planning, or corporate support.
• Experience in healthcare, digital transformation, or technology environments would be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders at different levels.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to consolidate information into clear reports and materials.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement, and maintain accuracy under tight timelines.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint, with willingness to learn new digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and refinement of enterprise digital health and AI strategies by conducting research and consolidating stakeholder inputs.
• Prepare workplans, presentations, and implementation materials for key stakeholders and leadership.
• Maintain trackers for milestones, dependencies, and outcomes for priority initiatives and report progress for oversight.
• Coordinate stakeholder discussions and engagement sessions, prepare communication materials, and compile information on adoption and readiness to support change management.
• Provide secretariat support for management meetings and digital health committees, including agendas and minutes.
