Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Digital Empowerment (ODE) is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to drive adoption, governance, and implementation of digital and automation solutions across SingHealth. You will collaborate with stakeholders, institutions, and internal teams to deliver scalable, user-centric capabilities.

You will advise on options, lead workshops and training, develop governance materials, and monitor adoption, engagement, and impact to support evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 4+ years in technology support, project coordination, or user training roles.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience with automation platforms such as RPA, Power Platform, or GenAI.
• Experience developing low-code/no-code solutions such as Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA workflows, or GenAI-based solutions.
• Experience supporting technology implementations or digital transformation initiatives and change management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate solution options and provide advisory support on digital and automation platforms.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation, testing, and continuous improvement of scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Lead user engagement activities and support users adopting new platforms.
• Plan and deliver workshops and training sessions, and drive adoption campaigns and community building across institutions.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, user guides, and governance materials; prepare adoption tracking reports and metrics.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables; manage vendor coordination and reporting.
• Analyze user adoption data and present reports to support evidence-based decisions.
• Handle additional responsibilities related to digital innovation and enablement as assigned by leadership.
