Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Digital Empowerment (ODE) seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to drive adoption and governance of digital and automation solutions across the cluster. You will engage stakeholders, design and implement scalable, user-centric platforms, and lead change-management efforts.

You will coordinate workshops, training, and adoption campaigns while producing governance materials and adoption metrics to inform evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years in technology support, project coordination, or user training roles, with 1+ year in automation platforms such as RPA, Power Platform, or GenAI.
• Experience developing low-code/no-code solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps, RPA workflows, GenAI-based) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate solution options with stakeholders and provide advisory support on digital and automation platforms.
• Lead user engagement activities, collect feedback, and support adoption of new platforms.
• Plan and deliver workshops, training sessions, and develop supporting materials to drive adoption and governance.
