Job summary

sggovterp seeks a Digital Solution Engineer to ensure reliability and ongoing support for delivered and customised application systems. You will work with business users to understand needs and design enhancements, while owning development of new modules and subsystems to meet business requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a background in Information Systems or a related field, ideally with at least five years of experience in systems analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical thinking, writing, and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Must be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of enhancements, new functional modules, subsystems, and bug fixes for PeopleSoft Campus Solution.
• Evaluate business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis with feasible alternative solutions.
• Address issues and bugs reported by end-users and maintain the system in collaboration with the team.
• Manage task and project timelines in line with Government Instruction Manuals and policies.
