Job summary

xcellink pte. ltd. Singapore is seeking a diligent PeopleSoft Administrator to install, configure, patch, and maintain PeopleSoft infrastructure components across Windows servers.

You will monitor performance, provide production support, and collaborate with development teams to deploy applications. The role requires hands-on experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, PeopleTools, and scripting for automation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in PeopleSoft administration and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and PeopleTools.
• Experience performing PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and environment management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving across application, middleware, operating system, and network layers.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Batch, or similar technologies.
• Good documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft infrastructure components, including WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, SSL, and middleware operating on Windows platforms.
• Perform PeopleSoft Bundle Patching and PeopleTools upgrades.
• Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and overall health of the PeopleSoft environment.
• Provide production support, bug fixing, and remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PeopleSoft applications, networks, software, hardware, and operating systems.
• Develop, implement, and maintain backup and recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate closely with application development teams to understand business requirements and support application deployments.
• Develop and implement automation scripts for routine maintenance, monitoring, and reporting activities.
