Job summary

COMBUILDER PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Developer/Administrator to implement, support and optimize PeopleSoft applications across Finance and HCM modules.

You will work with PeopleTools 8.5x, PeopleCode, SQL scripts, and integration broker workflows, focusing on performance, security, and production readiness. Knowledge of Azure cloud and Linux/Windows infrastructure is a plus. 6+ years in PeopleSoft 9.x is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant certification.
• At least 6 years’ experience as PeopleSoft Developer and Administrator on PeopleSoft version 9.x.
• Strong knowledge of People Tools 8.5x and PowerShell script.
• Proficient in PeopleCode, including application packages and workflow.
• Experience with security components in PeopleSoft and production security setup.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support non-technical users.
• Experience designing integration with Cloud SaaS solutions and Integration Broker.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL databases and Azure Cloud is an added advantage.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical solutions for user issues, including updates and API integrations to PeopleSoft applications, Peoplecode, SQL scripts or other scripts to resolve data issues, updates or amendments to workflow.
• Resolve performance issues in processes by identifying bottlenecks and developing remediation.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain PeopleSoft components such as WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and middleware running on Linux and Windows infrastructure.
• Perform PeopleSoft applications bundle patch and PeopleTools upgrade
• Monitor the PeopleSoft applications for performance issues, resource utilization, and system health
• Support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the PeopleSoft environment which include networks, software, hardware, and operating systems;
• Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies for PeopleSoft databases and applications
• Maintain documentation related to the PeopleSoft environment, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guide and keep documentation up-to-date with any changes or enhancements.
• Prepare projects documentation for the PeopleSoft support team to migrate project to production. Comply with requirement procedures and policies, in particular those on security and updates on or migrations to Production systems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant certification courses.
• At least 6 years’ experience as PeopleSoft Developer and Administrator on PeopleSoft version 9.x
• Highly skilled knowledge of People Tools 8.5x and PowerShell script.
• Highly skilled knowledge of PeopleCode, including application packages and workflow
• Demonstrable knowledge of security components in Peoplesoft, with ability to setup or modify security components as required
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of problem-solving technical issues and supporting a non- technical user group
• Strong demonstrable knowledge of developing technical solutions for listed modules in both PeopleSoft Financials and HCM.
• Experience of approval workflow – creating new complex workflows, use of approval workflow engines
• Experience of designing integration broker messages and component interfaces and other integration methods including preferably, solution design for integration with Cloud SaaS solutions.
• Experience in Microsoft SQL database and Azure Cloud is an added advantage
