Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an experienced IT professional to manage and deliver enterprise applications. You will develop ASP.NET Core and mobile/web solutions, including AWS cloud deployments and DevSecOps practices. The role covers incident resolution, security compliance, and contractor management.

The candidate should have strong project management skills, good communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast‑paced environment. A 2-year contract is offered initially.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing projects and delivering enterprise IT systems.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in web/mobile app development using C#, ASP.NET Core, iOS, Android, responsive web techs, Microsoft 365, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS and HTML.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and DevSecOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance and maintain ASP.NET Core, Microsoft 365, mobile and web enterprise applications.
• Investigate user‑reported incidents and resolve application issues; ensure availability.
• Design secure, scalable, user‑centred applications following DevSecOps practices.
• Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, user consultations and contractor management.
