Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is recruiting a Digital Product Designer to formulate compelling digital propositions, design data-driven customer journeys, and grow online channel share in a fast-paced fintech-like environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct market research, and translate insights into intuitive UI experiences across touchpoints.

Strong communication and Excel skills are valued.

Qualifications

Degree in Business or any relevant field.
Past experience in mobile app UI/UX design would be good to have.
Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite of products.
Self-motivated, innovative, able to think systematically and multi-task.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Formulate a sound digital product proposition that appeals to our customers.
Conduct small experiments to assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome.
Work closely with stakeholders to define a digital customer experience that meets needs across digital touchpoints.
Drive customer immersions by listening to feedback and conducting research on best-in-class practices.
Study customer profiles, segment & transactional behaviors to gain insights.
Develop ideas to grow online acquisition channel share leveraging digital platforms.
