Qualifications

• Campaign Strategy: Design and oversee short- and long-term marketing initiatives across digital, social media, print, and paid channels.
• Team & Agency Leadership: Hire, train, manage, and mentor in-house marketing staff while coordinating with external creative or PR agencies.
• Budget Management: Allocate, track, and report on campaign and departmental spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior, track competitor activity, and monitor industry trends to adjust positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product development, and senior leadership to align marketing goals with overall business targets.
