Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Software Lead to spearhead digital maintenance software development in Singapore. You will lead agile teams, drive product ownership, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver predictive maintenance solutions.

The role requires at least 10 years in software deployment and 8+ years in engineering and project management, with strong analytics, leadership, and proficiency in Jira/Confluence and AI-enabled technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience with software deployment, including at least 8 years in engineering and project management.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI solutions and Agile Scrum methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated agile team in planning, development, and monitoring of digital maintenance applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams to understand customer needs and maintenance use cases.
• Develop roadmaps and digital applications focused on predictive maintenance solutions.
• Act as Scrum Product Owner overseeing design and deployment based on user requirements.
• Manage Scrum teams to foster agile processes and continuous improvement.
• Research and integrate emerging technologies and AI solutions for maintenance scenarios.
• Serve as technical mentor, guiding junior engineers through hands-on support.
• Prepare technical docs, presentations, and reports for corporate functions.
