Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Software Lead to spearhead digital maintenance software development in Singapore. You will lead agile teams, drive product ownership, and collaborate with global stakeholders to deliver predictive maintenance solutions.

The role requires at least 10 years in software deployment and 8+ years in engineering and project management, with strong analytics, leadership, and proficiency in Jira/Confluence and AI-enabled technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience with software deployment, including at least 8 years in engineering and project management.
• At least 3 years of experience in software development.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with AI solutions and Agile Scrum methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Develop technology roadmaps and digital applications focused on predictive maintenance solutions and related software.

• Research and integrate emerging technologies and AI solutions applicable to maintenance scenarios.

• Serve as a technical reference and mentor, guiding junior engineers through hands-on support and technical discussions.

• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and reports for various corporate functional areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant technical experience with a focus on software application deployment, including at least 8 years in engineering and project management.

• Demonstrated experience with AI solution implementation and proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies (Jira, Confluence).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced skills in Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
