Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Project/Delivery Manager to lead and deliver complex projects from conception to production across AI, data, and digital initiatives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams including business, product, data, AI, engineering, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience with Agile and Scrum, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 9+ years of experience managing end-to-end technology or digital transformation projects including AI/digital delivery.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, data platforms or automation projects from concept to production is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of AI governance, PDPA, data privacy, model risk and bias considerations.
• Strong Agile/Scrum practitioner with ability to facilitate ceremonies and iterative delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across business and technical audiences.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Teams and MS Office; AI/cloud certifications are a plus.

We are searching for an experienced and proactive Project/Delivery Manager to lead and deliver complex projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with business,product, data, AI and engineering, architecture, and QA teams to define projectscope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, data requirements, and successcriteria, including model performance, quality, and adoption measures.
• Develop and maintaincomprehensive project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and milestonetracking.
• Manage the full projectlifecycle from initiation and proof of concept through pilot, productiondeployment, transition to operations, and project closure.
• Monitor project progressagainst scope, schedule, and key deliverables — including data readiness, modeldevelopment and evaluation, integration, and testing milestones — ensuringtimely and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate project changerequests and assess their impact on project scope, timeline, cost, andresources, allowing for the iterative and experimental nature of AI developmentor digital media delivery.

AI Delivery Management

• Work with business owners andtechnical teams to translate AI use cases into deliverable scope, with clearhypotheses, evaluation criteria, and go or no-go checkpoints between proof ofconcept, pilot, and production.
• Track data dependencies — dataavailability, quality, access approvals, and licensing — and elevate earlywhere they place delivery or model performance at risk.
• Coordinate model evaluation anduser acceptance activities with business and technical stakeholders, ensuringagreed accuracy, safety, and performance thresholds are met before productionrelease.
• Ensure AI solutions areassessed for data privacy, security, intellectual property, bias, and humanoversight requirements, and that the required approvals are documented beforedeployment.
• Manage expectations on AIoutcomes, communicating clearly where results are exploratory, where confidenceis limited, and where further data or iteration is required.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

• Proactively identify, assess,and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID),including risks specific to AI delivery such as data quality, model drift,hallucination, and over-reliance on automated outputs.
• Maintain RAID logs and ensuretimely follow-up and resolution of action items.
• Escalate critical issues andproject blockers promptly, providing mitigation and recovery plans wherenecessary.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree inInformation Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a relateddiscipline.
• Minimum 9+ years of provenexperience managing end-to-end technology or digital transformation projects,including hands-on delivery of AI, data, digital media or intelligentautomation initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI,machine learning, generative AI, data platform, or automation projects fromproof of concept through to production is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of AIdelivery concepts — data pipelines and data readiness, model training andevaluation, generative AI and large-language models, retrieval-augmentedgeneration, prompt engineering, and MLOps — sufficient to plan work, challengeestimates, and manage technical trade-offs.
• Understanding of AI governanceand responsible AI practices, including data privacy and PDPA obligations,model risk, bias, explainability, and intellectual property considerations.
• Strong practical experiencewith Agile and Scrum methodologies, including facilitating Agile ceremonies andmanaging iterative delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to managemultiple concurrent projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teamsin a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholdermanagement, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across bothbusiness and technical audiences, including the ability to explain AI conceptsand limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify risks and driveissue resolution.
• Experience managing externalvendors, system integrators, and delivery partners is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BAU supportprocesses, production support, and platform or service performance managementis desirable.
• Proficient in modern projectdelivery and collaboration platforms, including Jira, Confluence, MicrosoftTeams, and Microsoft Office.
• Hands-on use of AI-assistedproductivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHubCopilot, or equivalent solutions to enhance planning, documentation, reporting,and team collaboration.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner,Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMI-ACP, orequivalent project management certifications are advantageous. AI or cloudcertifications (for example Microsoft Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, or GoogleCloud AI) are a plus.
