Job summary

Treasury Wine Estates in Singapore is seeking a Senior Digital & CRM Specialist to drive and optimize our regional digital and CRM initiatives across Emerging Markets. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and lead multi-market rollout of CRM strategies.

You will oversee CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, manage campaigns, monitor performance, and train regional teams while ensuring data privacy and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in business, marketing, IT or related.
• Significant experience in digital marketing and CRM management.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Proven track record in delivering and optimizing digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and optimization of digital and CRM initiatives for the region.
• Translate business needs into scalable digital and CRM solutions.
• Oversee CRM platform implementation and data quality.
• Manage the Emerging Markets CRM campaign calendar.
