Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a principal-level specialist to lead complex digital banking initiatives spanning retail banking, wealth management, investments, insurance and payments.

The role combines senior business analysis, digital product ownership, API solution analysis, scalable Agile delivery and Generative AI-assisted testing. Prerequisites include 10+ years in technology delivery, 5+ years banking experience, and hands-on work with retail digital banking and wealth management.

Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of overall technology-delivery experience.
• At least 10 years of combined Business Analysis, Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
• At least 5 years of recent experience within a bank delivering customer-facing internet or mobile banking capabilities.
• Recent hands-on delivery experience across both retail digital banking and digital wealth management.
• Experience with SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022 messaging and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital banking initiatives from discovery through implementation, UAT, release and stabilization.
• Own product roadmaps, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
• Deliver customer-facing functionality across CASA, deposits, cards, lending, payments, investments, wealth and insurance.
• Analyze complex payment journeys including domestic and cross-border transfers and remittances.
• Review REST APIs and OpenAPI specs using Swagger and Postman; define mappings and error handling.
