Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on software quality engineering, SDET or test-automation experience.
• Experience testing real production GenAI, LLM, RAG, chatbot or agentic applications.
• Strong UI and REST API automation experience.
• Hands-on Playwright, Cypress or Selenium experience.
• Hands-on API automation with Postman, REST Assured or PyTest.
• Working knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience validating hallucination, grounding, factuality and multi-turn context.
• Experience with regression, integration, negative, and basic performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Define end‑to‑end, risk‑based test strategies for UI, APIs, back‑end, and GenAI components.
• Validate LLM and RAG responses for accuracy, grounding and citations.
• Create evaluation datasets, golden test sets and thresholds for non‑deterministic AI outputs.
• Test conversational and agentic behavior including multi‑turn context and tool interactions.
• Ensure retries, timeouts, handoffs, and safe recovery from failures.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory and security testing.
• Develop and maintain UI and API automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, PyTest or equivalent.
• Analyse logs, traces and payloads to isolate defects across layers.
• Translate business needs into user journeys, acceptance criteria and non‑functional requirements.
• Provide release evidence and communicate quality risks to stakeholders.
