Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Digital Strategy (ODS) seeks a Manager to lead the planning and delivery of digital health and AI literacy programmes across SingHealth. You will develop competency frameworks, manage partnerships, and oversee governance to ensure workforce readiness.

You will coordinate cross-institutional collaborations, establish external training partnerships, and monitor programme effectiveness and continuous improvement to keep digital adoption outcomes strong across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years building organisation-wide training programmes.
• Experience with strategic partnerships with academia, professional bodies, or vendors.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of digital and AI literacy curricula aligned with strategy.
• Oversee competency frameworks, QA processes, and learning metrics.
• Coordinate cross-institutional collaborations to scale initiatives.
