Job summary

SingHealth's Office of Digital Empowerment seeks a Senior Assistant Manager to drive automation adoption and governance across the cluster. You will collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate options and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions, while leading workshops, training, and adoption campaigns.

You will coordinate projects, manage vendor relations, and develop governance materials and adoption metrics to support evidence-based decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• Experience with digital adoption, change management, and user training is preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and automation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate solution options with stakeholders and advise on digital and automation platforms.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, and adoption of scalable solutions.
• Run user engagement, workshops, training sessions, and governance materials.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and vendor communications; report adoption metrics.
