Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree requirement as listed.
• 8+ years in digital transformation, innovation management, project management or consulting roles in healthcare or complex environments.
• Certifications in Design Thinking, Project Management, Agile, Product Management or Change Management would be advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills across technical teams, vendors and diverse groups.
• Familiarity with digital health, automation, low-code/no-code platforms, GenAI, AI-enabled solutions and healthcare workflows.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex issues to senior and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and provide practical recommendations within time/resource constraints.
• Adaptable, hands-on, and able to move between strategy, facilitation, coordination and execution.

Aufgaben

• Lead or co-lead digital innovation initiatives from discovery to adoption, framing problems and defining success measures.
• Identify and capture digital innovation opportunities through cluster-wide intake and governance channels.
• Evaluate alignment, impact, feasibility and implementation considerations with evidence-based reports.
• Engage stakeholders across institutions, clinical and operations teams, IT and governance
• Guide project teams through appropriate digital innovation pathways and governance considerations.
• Define and track value measures, adoption indicators, and lessons learnt for future reuse.
