Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a Lead / Senior Designer to drive service design across public digital transformation initiatives. You will lead design for modernised early childhood services and set standards across digital platforms, collaborating with policy teams, product managers, and engineers.

You will mentor designers, shape roadmaps, and ensure accessibility and usability across government services while championing user-centred, impactful design for public good.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and shipping digital solutions end-to-end—from insight to delivery and impact.
• 5+ years leading and growing design teams with proven ability to build design culture.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive service design strategy to support digital transformation and modernisation goals.
• Lead and mentor designers to deliver modernised digital services with user-centred approaches.
• Plan roadmaps and oversee design work to assure alignment with government digital service standards.
• Work with product, policy, and engineering teams to ensure unified delivery of modernised services.
