• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Factors, Psychology, Social Sciences, HCI, Design Research, or related field.
• 3–6 years of UX/design research experience across qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to map research questions to actionable insights and decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted research workflows and various research platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end research initiatives from planning to insight delivery.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys).
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product and design teams.
