Job summary

CPF Board in Singapore is seeking a senior design leader to guide a multidisciplinary team and elevate our digital products. You will govern design standards, mentor designers, and partner with product, engineering and operations to ensure user‑centred outcomes.

You will play a key role in shaping our design strategy within the Digital Services Division, while thriving in a collaborative, data‑driven environment that values learning and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams delivering user-centred digital products.
• Proven craft across interaction, visual or service design disciplines.
• Ability to establish and govern design standards and processes at scale.
• Experience coaching designers and fostering collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional influence.
• Knowledge of human‑centred design, accessibility and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of designers, fostering collaboration and design excellence.
• Govern design standards, frameworks and practices across CPF Board’s digital products.
• Drive end‑to‑end design outcomes from discovery to delivery and optimisation.
• Provide design direction, coaching and feedback to strengthen craft.
• Partner with product, engineering, business and operations to align with priorities.
• Champion human‑centred design in strategic and operational decisions.
• Review outputs for accessibility, usability and service quality.
• Contribute to design strategy and capability building within Digital Services Division.
