Job summary

HP Singapore is seeking a Design Insights & Validation Research Lead to steer end-to-end research from problem framing to insight delivery across product experiences. You will design and run qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize findings into clear recommendations, and collaborate with Design, Product, Engineering, and Business partners to shape decisions.

In this role, you will contribute to scalable research practices, explore AI-assisted workflows, and communicate insights through

Qualifications

Experience leading end-to-end UX research projects.
Ability to design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies.
Strong synthesis and storytelling to inform product decisions.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams across Design, Product, Engineering, and Business.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative studies.
Synthesize findings into actionable insights for product and experience decisions.
