Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in marketing, project management, or related area.
• Advanced knowledge of market research, competitive intelligence, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end market research and competitive intelligence projects including primary and customer research.
• Develop and maintain organized databases and repositories of research data with high data quality.
• Provide market intelligence, industry trends, and research reports to support planning and decision making.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, guiding strategic planning and product development.
• Track program metrics and manage research expenditures to assess funding viability.
• Lead complex projects and deliver professionally written reports with actionable insights.
