Job summary

Capella Hotels and Resorts in Singapore seeks a Project Feasibility & Market Assessment professional to support the Design & Technical Services team in evaluating hotel development opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and providing analytical insights for growth of our luxury brands.

The role reports to Senior Vice President, Design & Technical Services and supports brand fit and concept strategies across Capella and Patina projects, working with Operations, Brand and Sales teams in a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or Hospitality.
Experience in hotel development, hospitality consulting, or real estate advisory.
Ability to decipher construction drawings and space planning.

Responsibilities

Review project development drawings and reports for new leads for Capella branded properties.
Conduct preliminary feasibility studies and evaluate market demand, competition, destination potential.
Research tourism, demographics, economic, hospitality, wellness and luxury travel trends.
Contribute ideas for guest experience, programming, F&B, wellness and placemaking concepts with Ops, Brand and Sales.
Develop project narratives, development briefs and owner presentations relating to brand fit and concept strategies.
