Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Product Designer to help shape Singapore's digital public services. You will conduct user research to understand needs, translate insights into wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, IA and usability.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into design insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Iterate designs based on feedback and data analysis.
• Champion design thinking and contribute to design systems and guidelines.
