Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a UX Designer to join the GDP team and work with designers, engineers, business analysts and product managers to improve citizen experiences across e-services. You will sit with the project scrum team in GDP, based at the Punggol Digital District (PDD), contributing to iterative design and delivery.

The role emphasizes user research, prototyping, usability testing, and a data-driven approach to enhance government digital services in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in product design, delivering end-to-end UX solutions.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning flows, and delivering hi-fidelity mockups.
• Experience in Agile and UX development environments is an added advantage.
• Previous experience leading a UX design team; senior role possible.

Responsibilities

• Translate user research into design recommendations and findings for product decisions.
• Transform complex tasks into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use designs.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, business analysts, and product managers to deliver features.
• Lead research efforts and ship features to the product backlog.
