The role collaborates with MEP and structural teams, reviews drawings, coordinates with consultants, and ensures compliance with local codes. Candidates with 4+ years in construction or architectural coordination and BIM familiarity are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in construction or architectural coordination.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BIM and coordination tools will be an advantage.
• Candidates with extensive experience and a proven track record will be considered for a Senior position.

Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Identify design conflicts and liaise with consultants and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with project design intent, specifications, and construction standards.
• Monitor progress of architectural works on-site and report deviations.
• Assist in the preparation of method statements, technical reports, and work schedules.
• Maintain records of drawings, revisions, and approvals; support handover documentation.
