Job summary

TP ICAP Group in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to lead ETD Compliance Advisory coverage across Exchange Traded Derivatives and physical commodities.

You will partner with regional Compliance, Legal, Risk and Front Office leadership to deliver objective regulatory guidance, training programmes and governance support.

The role shapes the firm's regulatory strategy, drives consistent global outcomes and strengthens culture of compliance worldwide.

Qualifications

• Significant compliance advisory experience in wholesale financial markets.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global regulatory requirements for Exchange Traded Derivatives and commodities.
• Strong understanding of interdealer brokerage models, exchanges, clearing frameworks and market infrastructure.
• Proven ability to assess complex regulatory issues and deliver pragmatic, risk-based solutions.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management across seniority levels, functions and regions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear regulatory guidance.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across regional and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Be part of ETD Compliance Advisory team driving high standards of delivery, and providing expert product advisory support across the global businesses.
• Engage closely with Business Heads to provide regulatory guidance and challenge on business strategy and growth initiatives from a regulatory and conduct perspective.
• Act as a trusted adviser to Front Office leadership, delivering clear, risk-based, and commercially practical regulatory advice.
• Help to design and deliver global thematic training programmes to enhance regulatory awareness and promote a strong compliance culture.
• Provide compliance guidance and advice on change initiatives, including new product approvals, new broking models, expansion into new jurisdictions, execution workflows, and market structure developments.
• Work on global strategic initiatives, including potential acquisitions, and provide Compliance input into due diligence and implementation planning.
• Represent Compliance at senior business and governance forums, influencing decision-making and ensuring appropriate risk management.
• Partner with regional Compliance and Regulatory teams to assess and coordinate the global impact of upcoming exchange and/or regulatory developments.
• Act as the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or high-risk compliance matters relating to Exchange Traded Derivatives and commodities activities globally.
