Job summary

CMC Markets Invest Singapore is seeking a Senior Compliance leader responsible for managing the compliance function within the Singapore stockbroking business and ensuring adherence to MAS, AML and other regulatory requirements. You will operate under MAS IAC, maintaining a fit and proper posture at all times and coordinating with regulators as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum five years in a senior compliance role in Singapore.
Tertiary education in Economics, Law, Business or Accounting.
Experience managing relationships with MAS.
Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure ongoing compliance with license obligations in Singapore and with MAS and other regulators.
Maintain a compliance framework aligned with external regulatory requirements for stockbroking activities.
Provide training and guidance to business units on regulatory obligations.
Promote compliance culture across the organisation and support Department Heads.
Maintain the Compliance Monitoring Program and report on compliance incidents and breaches.
Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
Support new projects and initiatives with regulatory compliance input.
