Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Manager, Data Hub & Data Products to oversee the design, development and operationalisation of an enterprise Data Hub for the IHL. You will combine data architecture, modelling and product management to deliver trusted data products supporting analytics, reporting, AI and decision-making.

The role requires collaboration with Schools, Departments and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable enterprise data models

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in data warehousing, EDM, architecture and modelling.
Strong understanding of enterprise data management and data governance.
Experience partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into data products.

Responsibilities

Data Product Management: develop enterprise data products aligned with priorities and drive adoption.
Enterprise Data Modelling: design scalable models for analytics and AI.
Data Architecture and Integration: support architecture design and vendor solution reviews.
Data Warehouse and Data Hub Delivery: lead ETL/ELT discussions and onboarding of sources.
Vendor and Technical Management: oversee external vendors and ensure delivery.
