Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
7–10 years hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS design and configuration.
Strong knowledge of pharma/life sciences manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with MES, PLC, and DeltaV integration.
Experience in validation, documentation, and GMP/FDA/GAMP5.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design and configuration of DeltaV control strategies, graphics, and hardware layouts.
Prepare engineering documentation including FDS, I/O lists, and wiring diagrams.
Collaborate with process engineers, validation teams, and project managers to deliver compliant automation solutions.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification activities.
Troubleshoot and optimize DeltaV systems for performance and reliability.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
