Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior DeltaV Programmer to design and deliver DeltaV application systems on site in Singapore for GMP manufacturing environments.

The role requires expertise in Emerson DeltaV DCS, DeltaV Batch, SDLC practices, and familiarity with S88 standards, GMP quality processes, and FAT testing. You will collaborate in a team to implement automation solutions and ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industries.
• Design and delivery of DeltaV applications on GMP sites.
• Knowledge of S88 batch standards and GMP quality processes.
• Experience with FAT and system testing.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and delivery of DeltaV application system on site.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
• Creates and maintains applications according to technical design and requirements.
• Develop and/or review System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables, compliant with the site's standards. Determine the processes and data flow that supports the needs of the project.
• Design & Develop plan for modifications to be made to the system through working with team in development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all stages.
