Job summary

Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions (AMTSOL) in Singapore seeks an experienced DeltaV Design Engineer to design, configure, and implement Emerson DeltaV DCS for pharma and life sciences projects, ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance.

You will lead control strategy design, create documentation, collaborate with process engineers, validation teams, and project managers, and support FAT/SAT and commissioning activities to deliver reliable automation solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
7–10 years of hands-on DeltaV DCS design and configuration.
Knowledge of pharma/life sciences manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with MES, PLC, and integration with DeltaV systems.
Experience in validation, documentation, and compliance (GMP, FDA, GAMP5).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design and configuration of DeltaV control strategies, graphics, and hardware layouts.
Prepare engineering documentation including Functional Design Specifications (FDS), I/O lists, and wiring diagrams.
Collaborate with process engineers, validation teams, and project managers to deliver compliant automation solutions.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification activities.
Troubleshoot and optimize DeltaV systems for performance and reliability.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
