Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions (AMTSOL) in Singapore is seeking an experienced DeltaV Design Engineer to design, configure and implement Emerson DeltaV DCS for pharmaceutical and life sciences projects.

The role requires 7–10 years in automation, GMP/FDA/GAMP5 validation, and collaboration with process engineers, validation teams, and project managers to deliver compliant automation solutions.

Qualifications

7-10 years hands-on DeltaV DCS design and configuration.
Experience with pharma/life sciences processes.
Familiar with GMP, FDA, and GAMP5 validation.

Responsibilities

Lead DeltaV control strategies, graphics, and hardware layouts.
Prepare FDS, I/O lists, and wiring diagrams.
Collaborate with process engineers, validation teams, and project managers to deliver compliant automation solutions.
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification activities.
Troubleshoot and optimize DeltaV for performance and reliability.
