Avensys Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for Trade Finance (Banking) on a 12-month contract in Singapore.

You will lead end-to-end delivery for defined contract components, ensuring commitments are met and service quality remains high while coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders. The role requires a deep background in Trade Finance delivery, strong delivery leadership, and capability in shaping delivery approaches to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Trade Finance delivery experience.
• End-to-end delivery and implementation background.
• Expert proficiency in Account Delivery Management.
• Expert proficiency in Estimation and Planning.
• Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management and Work Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
• Ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow-on work through up‑selling or cross‑selling.
• Be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possessing strong influencing and advisory skills.
• Take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams; align with strategic objectives and delivery excellence.
• Provide advanced guidance to project teams to ensure alignment with delivery objectives and standards.
• Shape delivery approaches and outcomes by anticipating challenges and implementing proactive solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders across functions to influence decisions and elevate service quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Expert proficiency in Business Operation Management and Work Management is suggested.
