Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
Ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for up-sell or cross-sell.
Act as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge, influencing and advisory skills.
Take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions that apply across multiple teams and provide advanced guidance to project teams.
Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and delivery excellence.
Shape delivery approaches and anticipate challenges with proactive solutions.
Engage with stakeholders across functions to influence decisions and elevate service quality.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Champion collaboration across teams to foster innovation and shared goals.
