Job summary

ERM Singapore is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead Site Investigation and Remediation projects, focusing on sustainable asset retirement and decommissioning. You will manage planning, execution and reporting, coordinate project teams, and ensure HSE, quality, and delivery targets are met.

Qualifications

At least 10 years’ experience managing DDD projects or similar redevelopment.
Strong safety leadership and communications skills.
Field project management and contractor management with safety, waste and hazardous materials knowledge.
Relevant degree in Civil/Environmental/Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent).
Able to multitask and coach/mentor junior staff.
Conversant with digital tools including MS Project, AutoCAD and GIS.

Responsibilities

Manage planning, execution and reporting of sustainable asset retirement / DDD projects.
Develop and maintain proactive health, safety, environmental and quality programs at sites.
Promote sustainable practices within project sites.
Manage and supervise ERM project teams and subcontractors.
Establish strong client relationships through project delivery and engagement.
Lead or support technical and commercial proposals and business development.
Meet business targets, budgets, schedules and client expectations.
Support continuous development of DDD services and growth across regions.
