Job summary

ERM in Singapore seeks a Senior Environmental Consultant to lead and deliver multi-disciplinary projects across environmental services. You will manage project scope, schedule, and budget while coordinating data collection, field surveys, and reporting to clear English standards.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in environmental fields and 7–10 years of consultancy experience, with strong leadership, client management, and Excel data skills. EIA/PCS knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in environmental consultancy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Know­ledge of Singapore’s EIA/PCS process is an advantage.
• Strong Excel data manipulation skills and ability to manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage medium to large projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate data collection, field surveys, literature reviews and report writing.
• Review technical reports and translate complex information into clear English reports.
• Manage subcontractors, health & safety compliance, and project budgets.
• Develop client relationships and support business development activities.
