Job summary

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant to join the Site Investigation and Remediation (SIR) team in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering sustainable asset retirement / DDD projects while supporting opportunities across APAC.

You will manage project execution, lead safety programs, and foster client relationships, with responsibilities spanning technical delivery, proposals, and business development across a broad service range.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in DDD/asset retirement projects or similar decommissioning work.
• Demonstrated leadership in safety and site-based operations.
• Experience managing project teams and contractors with strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report sustainable asset retirement / DDD projects.
• Develop and uphold health, safety, environmental and quality programs at sites.
• Lead client engagement and contribute to proposals and BD efforts.
• Manage project budget, schedule and client satisfaction targets.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate across ERM services in APAC.
