Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 10–15 years in warehouse and logistics operations.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale DC operations.
- Experience managing both warehouse and transportation functions.
- Track record in productivity improvement and resource planning.
- Experience leading large operational teams in fast-paced distribution.
- Strong knowledge of DC operations, inventory and transport management.
- Capacity planning and Lean/Kaizen experience.
- Experience with automation and digital supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end DC operations including inbound, outbound, inventory, value-added services, and transport coordination.
- Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to meet SLAs.
- Drive SOPs, GDP, GMP, ISO, and internal quality adherence.
- Lead lean, Kaizen, automation and optimization for cost savings and efficiency.
- Develop short-, medium-, long-term workforce plans and succession planning.
- Evaluate DC space, layout improvements and automation opportunities.
- Coach and develop managers and teams, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure safety and compliance through structured reviews and action tracking.
