Job summary

The National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) is seeking a Data Custodian to join the NHG Group Data Office. You will support the development and governance of the One NHG Common Data Model (ONCDM) to ensure consistent, high-quality data across the NHG cluster, with emphasis on profiling, validation, and metadata management.

You will collaborate with business and tech stakeholders, manage data catalogs and metadata assets, and drive data discovery, standardization, and data quality

Qualifications

• Healthcare background with interest in data management.
• Experience with data lakehouse concepts and data governance.
• Knowledge of data profiling, validation, and quality controls.
• Ability to collaborate with business users and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ONCDM and metadata standards.
• Drive data discovery, profiling, standardization, and harmonization.
• Ensure data solutions align with ONCDM standards and quality.
• Manage enterprise data catalogues including Epic reports and HEALIX assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data requirements.
