Job summary

National Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable data solutions across the organisation, using Databricks, SQL and IDMC.

You will build data pipelines, models, and governance controls, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure data quality, security, and operational stability while driving continuous improvement of the enterprise data platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT development, and data platform implementations.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale data engineering solutions across multi-source ecosystems.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Databricks and IDMC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation solutions (Databricks, SQL, IDMC).
• Develop and maintain data models, fact/dimension tables, and data assets to support analytics.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security; perform root-cause analysis and troubleshoot data issues.
• Provide production support, documentation, and runbooks; drive automation and CI/CD practices.
