Job summary

NHG Health seeks a Senior / Manager, Data Technology Services to oversee data platforms, applications and technology services. You will ensure platform availability, governance, vendor management, and cost optimisation while leading operational projects.

The role requires 8+ years in IT/Data Ops, strong incident/change management skills, and solid cloud/data platform experience including Databricks, IDMC and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in IT Operations, Technology Operations, Data Operations, Service Delivery, or related environments.
• Proven experience managing technology operations in a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience in incident, problem, change, and service management.
• Experience managing vendors, outsourced service providers, and technology contracts.
• Experience delivering technology, operational, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of cloud technology, data platforms & pipelines, and BI & AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day data platform operations and service management.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management with timely RCA and actions.
• Act as liaison between technology teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Manage small-to-mid scale AI/ML projects from initiation to delivery.
• Drive governance, cost control, and operational readiness across platforms.
